 
Matthew has extensive management experience in public companies as CEO with particular expertise in marketing and finance. Matthew founded software technology companies CDstar.com and EstarOnline. He was formerly CEO of TMP Worldwide's operation in New Zealand, having successfully owned and operated his own business prior to selling to New York based TMP Worldwide, a publicly listed company.
